Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how RecLabs Ltd (“RecLabs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at reclabs.ai (our “Site”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. We also use similar technologies — such as tracking pixels and browser storage — which we refer to collectively as “cookies” in this policy.

2. Your consent and how to change it

We only set strictly necessary cookies automatically. All other cookies — analytics, advertising and visitor-identification — are set only after you have given your consent through the cookie banner shown when you first visit our Site.

Our cookie banner is shown to visitors in the UK, EU and EEA. To determine your region, we use an IP-based geolocation service (ipapi.co), which processes your IP address for this purpose. Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage (not as a cookie) under the key reclabs-consent, with a value of “accepted” or “declined”.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you did so.

3. The cookies we use

Cookie names and durations are set by the third parties that provide them and may change from time to time. The tables below describe the technologies currently in use by category.

These are required for the Site to work and to remember your choices. They do not require consent.

4. How to manage or disable cookies

You have several ways to control cookies:

  • Our cookie banner — the simplest way to accept, reject or change non-essential cookies on our Site.
  • Your browser — all major browsers let you block or delete cookies, and clear local storage, through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary items may stop parts of the Site working.
  • Provider opt-outs — you can opt out directly with some providers:

5. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties named above. We do not control these cookies, and we recommend reviewing those providers' own privacy and cookie notices (Google, LinkedIn and RB2B / Retention.com) to understand how they use your data.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to the law. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
